HOW WE DO BUSINESS

Every V2L Project is provided the same opportunities of engagement and execution to ensure all project goals are met.

Full Terms and Conditions are provided in the Service Agreement

  • Project Consultation :: Assessments are conducted to gather details to prepare a Project Scope. Once a Scope is approved and the project is executed, the Project Consultation is a full discussion on the goals and establishes the timeline for completion.

  • Execution :: Fully executed projects are upon submission of all items in the Project Checklist and Fees paid in full.

  • Scope of Work & Change Requests :: The Project Scope outlines the major services and deliverables and associated fees. Once executed, changes may be requested, but fees may apply.

  • Timeline & Milestones :: Upon receiving all needed information, the timeline establishes when key components will be completed and provided for review and approval.

  • Closeout or Termination :: projects are concluded once final deliverables have been completed and delivered. Terminations requested, prior to completion, must be provided in writing and will be effective immediately.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Type 1: Business Development :: solely dedicated to bringing the vision of new or existing (for profit or nonprofit) businesses to life.

Strategic Business Planning to understand the concept and ensure all the necessary vision critical elements are considered and executed. Consultation Services include business plan writing and researching, client targeting, marketing & promotions, virtual branding (engagement, growth & sustainability). Support services include graphic design, photography, video production, and exhibition and promotional design & execution…

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The V2L Enterprises “Service Retainer Program” is a client-partnership service payment offering to assist clients with maximizing their return on investment while developing a rewarding business coaching/service provider relationship. As a limited offering, this program:

  • allocates over 75% of our production time to ensure our Client-Partners are successful in their business endeavors,

  • products and services are executed and completed with accelerated production status, and

  • provides additional project support and recommendations to assist in meeting established goals.

 

Retainer Clients receive automatic next-in-queue priority execution and production status for all projects. A limited number of Retainer openings are provided annually, with current participants given first right of refusal to renew for the next calendar year.​

V2L accepts the following payment types: Direct Pay (credit/debit cards), Corporate Purchase Orders, Financed (scheduled payments), and ACH.

  • SERVICE ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS ::

    • Retainer: Paid Quarterly/Annually to cover future services

      • Platinum Star: By Invitation Only ... unlimited access to all services​

      • Gold Star: $10,000+

      • V2L VIP: $2,500 - $9,999 

    • Project-Based: Paid according to Service Agreement project fees

    • Subscription: ​Discounted Monthly payments for select services 

      • Offered for: Graphic Design, Photography, Virtual Seminars, Business/Author Development Coaching Sessions

  • PAYMENTS TERMS ::

    • Full Pay at Execution: ​

      • Required for ALL projects

      • Services begin once all Checklist items have been received and payment(s) completed.

    • Finance (subject to approval):

      • Available for projects greater than $1,000

      • 50% Deposit to execute / Remaining 50% Scheduled

      • 0% interest / no finance fees assessed

      • $25 Late fee assessed on missed scheduled payment dates​
